World Series of Poker 2008
The final table tournaments of the World
Series of Poker (WSOP) 2008 Main Event are scheduled to be held on 9 and 10
November. However, play in the World Championship No-Limit Texas Hold ‘em event had begun on 3 July. The buy-in, for those who don’t qualify via
satellite tournaments, remained at US$10,000.
The schedule for the Main Event is as follows:
3 July, 12:00 PM : Day 1A (3,000 players)
4 July, 12:00 PM : Day 1B (3,000 players)
5 July, 12:00 PM : Day 1C (3,000 players)
6 July, 12:00 PM : Day 1D (3,000 players)
8 July, 12:00 PM : Day 2A
9 July, 12:00 PM : Day 2B
10 July, 12:00 PM : Day 3
11 July, 12:00 PM : Day 4
12 July, 12:00 PM : Day 5
13 July, 12:00 PM : Day 6
14 July, 12:00 PM : Day 7
9 November, 10:00 AM : FINAL TABLE
